Charter Mark

The Independent Living Fund has been awarded approval to display the Charter Mark - the UK Government's standard for excellence in customer service.

The Charter Mark scheme encourages organisations like the ILF to put users first by:

• setting standards and performing well
• actively engaging with users, partners and staff
• being fair and accessible, and promoting choice
• continuously developing and improving
• using resources effectively and imaginatively
• contributing to improving quality of life and opportunities for the communities they serve

 The ILF is proud to be recognised for its service to users, and will continue to strive for excellence in all aspects of its work.
